We offer FREE standard door-to-door courier for all orders above $100 within Singapore.

Orders below $100 has a flat shipping rate of $6.

Items will be packed in carton boxes to minimise any damage.

Self pick up option is also available for FREE at 540140 Sengkang, with a minimum order of $35 and above.

self-pick up or express courier within 48 hours is available at additional charge.

Yes, please let us know via whatsapp at +65-93372888.

Please include your order number and the correct delivery address within 1 hour of placing your order.

If you let us know any later, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address will be rectified. 

We know mistakes happen, but in the event of you accidentally supply a wrong delivery address, we will do our utmost effort to change this if the item has yet to be dispatched.

If however, a wrong delivery address has been supplied and the item gets sent back to us, we will have to charge a re-shipping fee of SG$10 for each additional attempt.

Orders are typically processed and shipped from 3 business days onwards (excl. Sunday and public holidays)

Kindly indicate the date you need the goodie bags by so we can arrange shipment accordingly.

There is a minimum order quantity of 5 for most items. Kindly refer to individual product listing for more details.

We have options for pre-curated packs or you can customise your own goodie bags!

We offer a wide collection of pre-curated goodie bags based on budget / age range / popular themes to help you save time & hassle.

If you are interested in building your own goodies selection , Explore under 'Build Your Own Goodie Bags' choose the items, type of packaging and any customisation of tags.

How to customise your own goodie bags:

1)How many goodie bags you need ?(eg: 15 packs)

2)Choose the items you want to have in the goodie bags from our wide range of stationeries, toy & games, art & craft items, books etc. (eg: Add to cart 15 pieces of each of the items)

3)Go to Packaging Options and choose the type of packaging you would like. Decide whether you want customisation of gift tags too. (eg: Add to cart 15quantity)

• Contact us @ +65 93372888 if you need any enquire on whether the packaging can fit the goodies selected

4) Choose Custom Gift tags design & provide the information required, if you decide to have the customisation.

5) Please do not forget to indicate by when you require the goodie bags.

6) Please indicate on the ‘Order Notes’ any other information you need us to know.

7) Check out your cart! We will pack all the items into the packaging for you & deliver before your stated required date. 🎁

IMPORTANT

❗If you have purchased a different number of goodie items to packaging (eg: 10x each items, 8x packaging), we will only pack based on the number of packaging ordered.

❗If you select Paper Bags packaging, items will not be packed inside the bags as they will be easily damaged during shipping. We will ship all the items and you would need to put them inside the bags on your own.

❗To avoid us packing wrongly, please indicate on the remarks any other information you need us to know before checking out or reach out to us via Whatsapp at +65 93372888 .

We currently only ship within Singapore.
